Description: Stubbur is extremely shortthighged, with short and
broad neck, good conformation, muscular back and loins. thighs are
muscular and thick, feet strong and outstandingly well placed.
Wool EE: "Tan on head and feet, a bit tan in fleece but not
significantly. Black spot on neck and another one on loins. Quantity
hardly average and thog medium fine but a little coarse on back."
Results: Stubbur has been noticed for outstanding meat
classification of his progenies (155% in 1. class) in 1996 to 1998.

Stubbur´s progenies are exceptionally muscular and lean but seem to
lack maturity. thighs and loins are muscled but back muscling sometimes
not good enough. It can be pointed out that Stubbur´s father, Mjöður
93-813, has got one of Iceland´s top breeding index for meat
classification.
